CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments are to be cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 36 hours before booked time slot. Client may be subject to a 50% “cancellation fee” for any notice under 36hrs. No show appointments are subject to 100% “No show fee” for the cost of appointment in question. If missed or chronic rescheduled appointments occur regularly (more than 1 time) -Client will also be banned from online booking and/or salon reserves right to discontinue services.
